Digital marketing training – Atradius

Global credit insurance and risk management giant Atradius was looking to tap into the potential of social media and to better connect with and educate business prospects online.

Marketing Careers phased its approach to the project by firstly running a series of training sessions with the international marketing teams at its head office in Holland.  The aim of this was to develop and enhance management knowledge plus understanding of the range of social media tools.  This enabled senior management to discuss its potential and assess any possible pitfalls.

Having conveyed the knowledge, we now needed to apply it.  The second phase involved a workshop approach with the various heads of department to conduct an audit of Atradius’ online environment, evaluate the most relevant tools and then look at timeframes to adopt the new approach.

Results!
•  100% positive feedback from all delegates involved
•  >50% agreed they could implement the knowledge immediately in the work environment a minimum of 3 times per week
•  96% of delegates agreed it gave them greater confidence to move into the online environment
•  91% of delegates agreed the course gave them the knowledge and understanding to use online to connect with existing customers and new prospects
