When three companies become one

We started working for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics following the amalgamation of three separate diagnostic companies into the Siemens pathology brand. The portfolio included Laboratory Automation, Point-of-Care, Immunology, Haematology and Infectious Diseases.

We helped ease internal employee integration challenges via a weekly e-newsletter written to champion personalities, customer successes, product developments and bring people together.

Externally, customers were educated about the company changes and the wider product and services available to them by a quarterly 12-page print magazine written and coordinated by the Media Safari team.

We enjoyed reaching out to hundreds of employees to gather content and in playing a major part for over 8 years in communicating and developing content for the sales, product and marketing teams.
