PRoud of gold win for Best Use of Media Relations 2016

Media Safari is PRoud to announce it has scooped the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ (CIPR) top accolade for Best Use of Media Relations at the recent 2016 PRide Awards.

With over 1,000 entries and 300 shortlisted, Media Safari’s campaign was selected by the panel of 68 judges across the UK described as a “worthy winner”, a “solid and successful campaign” from a team that “were very clear on their objectives and outcomes” with a “budget that was clearly set out and explained.”

The campaign, ‘The world’s most lifelike bionic hand’ for Steeper, brought the product launch of the bebionic small prosthetic hand to life using carefully crafted messaging and proof points via the first UK user.

Media Safari undertook a public relations, content, social media and search campaign to launch the hand globally, engage Steeper’s partner & distribution network and raise the profile of the company. It secured traction at launch in over 500 UK and international media outlets, delivering over 110 million opportunities to see.
